Billy McCraw is the owner and operator of Gotta Pass Drivers Education and Commonwealth Driver Improvement. Billy has over 34 years of Law Enforcement experience with 27 of those years with the Virginia State Police. He has over 20 years of teaching experience as a DCJS instructor and is also licensed as a DMV instructor.
